SHREE LOKODAY FOUNDATION is a non-profit organization providing social welfare services. We do not sell physical goods that require shipping in the traditional sense. This policy governs the delivery of donation receipts and certificates.
Donation Receipts
Upon successful donation, an e-receipt is instantly generated and sent to your registered email address. This serves as immediate confirmation of your contribution.
Tax Exemption Certificates
Consolidated tax exemption certificates (Form 10BE) are issued annually or upon request. These are typically delivered digitally via email. If a physical copy is requested, it will be dispatched via standard post/courier to the address provided during registration.
Delivery Timelines
Digital receipts: Immediate to 24 hours. Physical documents (if applicable): Dispatched within 7-15 working days from our BULANDSHSHR office, subject to postal service availability.
